Terms of Service

Photo Restoration provides professional digital photo restoration, enhancement, and colorization services. We offer three tiers of service:

• Basic Restoration: Repair tears, remove scratches, enhance clarity
• Standard Restoration: Everything in Basic plus color correction and advanced damage repair
• Premium + Color: Complete restoration with professional colorization

All services are performed digitally and delivered electronically. Original photos can be returned upon request.

When you place an order:

• You submit your photos through our secure upload system or by mail
• We review your order and provide a detailed quote
• Upon payment confirmation, we begin work within 24 hours
• You receive a preview for approval before final delivery
• Final high-resolution files are delivered via secure download link

Payment is required before work begins. We accept:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• PayPal
• Bank transfers for large orders

All prices are in USD/CAD and include applicable taxes. Custom project quotes are valid for 30 days.

Standard turnaround times:

• Basic Restoration: 2-3 business days
• Standard Restoration: 3-5 business days
• Premium + Color: 5-7 business days

Rush services are available for an additional fee. Turnaround times begin after payment is received and all necessary information is provided.

We include one round of revisions with each order at no additional charge. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving your preview. Additional revisions beyond the first round may incur extra fees.

You retain full ownership of your original photographs. Upon full payment, you receive full rights to the restored digital files for personal use. We retain the right to showcase before/after examples in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

You warrant that you have the legal right to submit photographs for restoration and that doing so does not infringe on any third-party rights.

While we handle all photographs with the utmost care, we cannot be held liable for:

• Loss or damage to photographs during shipping (we recommend insured shipping)
• Photos that are beyond repair due to severe damage
• Color accuracy limitations due to original photo condition
• Technical limitations of restoration work

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

You may cancel your order before work begins for a full refund minus processing fees. Once work has commenced, cancellations are subject to our refund policy. See our Refund Policy for details.

We treat your photographs and personal information with complete confidentiality. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
