Before delivering your final files, we provide a preview for your approval. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll revise the work until you are, or provide a full refund if we cannot meet your expectations.

1. Full Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund in the following situations:

Before Work Begins

  • You cancel your order before restoration work has started
  • Processing fees (3-5%) may be deducted for payment processing costs
  • Refund processed within 5-7 business days

Unable to Restore

  • Photo is too damaged to restore (we'll assess this upfront during quote process)
  • Technical limitations prevent acceptable results
  • We cannot achieve the quality standard promised

Service Failure

  • We miss the agreed-upon deadline without prior notice
  • Major errors that cannot be corrected
  • We fail to deliver the service tier you paid for

2. Partial Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

  • You cancel after work has started but before preview delivery (50% refund)
  • Minor quality issues that don't meet the promised standard (case-by-case basis)
  • We're unable to complete only part of a multi-photo order

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued in these cases:

  • After Approval: You approved the preview and received final files
  • Change of Mind: Personal preference changes after approving work
  • Subjective Preferences: Color choices or artistic decisions you approved during revision process
  • Quality Disclosure: Issues with source photo that were disclosed before work began
  • Rush Service Fees: Expedited processing fees are non-refundable
  • Custom Projects: Approved milestone payments on custom projects

4. Free Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to use our free revision service:

  • One round of revisions included with every order
  • Adjustments to colors, contrast, and enhancements
  • Additional damage repair if needed
  • Refinements to meet your vision

Timeline: Request revisions within 7 days of receiving your preview

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

6. Refund Processing

Timeframe:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of approval
  • Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal refunds typically appear within 3-5 business days

Method:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • If original method is unavailable, we'll arrange alternative payment

7. Original Photo Return

If you sent physical photos:

  • Original photos are always returned to you regardless of refund status
  • We recommend insured return shipping for valuable photos
  • Digital scans of originals are kept for 30 days then permanently deleted

8. Dispute Resolution

We're committed to resolving any issues directly with you. If you're not satisfied with our refund decision:

  1. Request to speak with a manager for escalation review
  2. We'll review your case again and provide a detailed explanation
  3. If still unresolved, we'll work toward a mutually acceptable solution

We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 48 hours.

9. Changes to This Policy
